Beijing Lidheng SCR flue gas denitration technology is suitable for NOxFlue gas treatment of non electric industries such as coking and sintering with high emission concentration and low smoke temperature. The company cooperated with famous low-temperature catalyst manufacturers such as Austria's Fulander Ceram, Denmark's Topsoe, Dalian Chemical Institute and Zhejiang Hailiang, and successfully applied catalysts with wide reaction temperature window to coking, sintering and other flue gas treatment.
The use of self-designed ammonia water evaporator, the AIG pipe network type ammonia spray grid and strong mixing static mixer organic combination, can ensure more uniform ammonia-flue gas mixing. Ammonia injection control can adjust the amount of ammonia injection online according to the change of flue gas volume and NOx concentration, so as to ensure the efficiency of denitration, realize the effective utilization of ammonia and control of ammonia escape. Through fluid simulation, it can assist the design of SCR denitration reactor and flue, and make the system design more reasonable.
The application of this technology can ensure the flue gas denitrification efficiency of coking, sintering and other non-electric industries> 90%, ammonia escape ≤ 3ppm,SO2/SO3Conversion rate <1%; At the same time, it has the effect of removing dioxins and other organic substances in flue gas.
