Technical introduction:
Gypsum single tower double cycle desulfurization technology is suitable for high sulfur flue gas desulfurization, desulfurization efficiency is high. The technology uses a double-loop open spray tower, two-stage slurry circulation process independent of each other, can meet the requirements of different stages of oxidation and absorption of different slurry properties, partition independent control of slurry pH, circulation flow, can quickly adapt to changes in sulfur dioxide concentration and load changes.
The single-tower double-cycle flue gas desulfurization technology implemented by our company in the 2 × 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of Puxian Changyisheng Power generation Co., Ltd. can ensure the initial SO2Concentration ≤ 8200mg/Nm3SO is discharged after desulfurization facilities.2Concentration below 35mg/Nm3。
