Technical introduction:

 

Beijing Lidheng is one of the authorized users of GEA-Niro's SDA technology in mainland China. The company introduced the application of technology in the field of coal-fired boilers and sintering flue gas treatment. SDA technology uses high-speed rotary atomizer to convert Ca(OH)2The slurry is atomized into 30-80μm droplets, and the absorption of SO is completed quickly in contact with the flue gas in the absorption tower.2、SO3At the same time, the droplets are evaporated and dried into powder by the flue gas. It has good adaptability to the working conditions with large load changes such as sintering machine and heating boiler. For high concentrations of SO2In the case of low-temperature sintering flue gas, SDA achieves high removal efficiency, and our company has carried out secondary development. Apply the technology SO2The removal efficiency can reach more than 98.8%; SO3HCl and HF are removed in the absorption column by approximately 100 percent.

At present, Beijing Lidheng has many application achievements such as Tangshan Kaiheng, Hubei Egang, Shanxi Xinjinshan, Henan Minyuan, Chifeng Yuanlian Sintering Machine, Inner Mongolia Hohhot Bridge Heat Source Factory, etc.
