Technical Introduction
Circulating Fluidized Bed Semi-Dry Desulfurization (CFB)
Technical introduction:
Beijing Lidheng introduced circulating fluidized bed (CFB) dry desulfurization technology is mainly used in the field of coal-fired boilers and sintering flue gas treatment. CFB technology uses CaO to digest the generated Ca(OH)2In the fluidized bed (multi-tube Venturi tower), it is continuously mixed and turbulent with the flue gas to form a fluidized state. During the process, it chemically reacts with the acid gas in the flue gas to realize SO.2、SO3Removal of HCl and HF, etc.
The characteristics of the process are that the relative velocity between particulate matter and flue gas in the fluidized bed is relatively large, and the desulfurizer, desulfurization product and flue gas in the bed are mixed with each other, and the heat and mass transfer are very strong. Ca(OH) in the process of turbulence and collision2The surface of the particles is constantly renewed and rebuilt, while the desulfurization agent is recycled many times, both of which increase the Ca(OH)2utilization. The Venturi outlet expansion section of the absorption tower is equipped with a water spray humidification device, and the desulfurization efficiency is significantly increased.
The unique design of the Venturi tower in addition to the formation of a fluidized state of the state, so that the tower to form an internal circulation, the tower upward movement of particles after reaching the top of the tower, a large part of the downward flow, prolong the reaction contact time, enhance mixing and turbulence. A flue gas circulation system is provided to cope with the fluctuation of flue gas volume caused by the change of production load. By-product collection adopts rotary spray bag filter to cope with high dust content.
Applying the technique, SO2The removal efficiency can reach more than 99%; SO3HCl and HF are removed in the absorption column by approximately 100 percent.
