Flue gas treatment of industrial kilns such as cement kiln, lime kiln and glass kiln
For cement kiln and lime kiln flue gas, the content of NOx exceeds the standard. Cement kilns have high level of NOx emissions. Generally, SNCR denitration is used. To achieve ultra-low emissions, it can be combined with SCR denitration technology. The exhaust temperature of lime kiln is relatively low, so it is advisable to adopt low-temperature SCR denitration technology. For the glass furnace kiln flue gas, catalyst ceramic fiber filter tube integrated de-dusting, desulfurization and denitrification technology can be adopted. At present, our company has already achieved such achievements as zinc oxide desulfurization project of Guangdong Huali and denitration project of Wu'an Xinfeng Cement Co.,Ltd.
