Heating furnace and hot blast stove flue gas treatment
The characteristic of SO2 and NOx concentrations and dust content are low in the steel plants that use blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, and converter gas for cleaner energy heating furnaces and hot blast stoves. According to the flue gas temperature, we have developed two types of desulfurization processes: SDS sodium-based dry desulfurization and fixed-bed particle absorption dry desulfurization. Denitrification adopts low-temperature SCR denitrification technology. At present, we have made many achievements, including 1# hot blast stove and 1.3 million tons of bar heating furnace project of Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Co.,Ltd .
