To fully leverage the role of Party organizations and the broad ranks of Party members in uniting people’s hearts and fostering a law-based business environment, on the afternoon of October 20, 2023, Vice President Hu Yu and Vice President Feng Zhe of the Mentougou District People’s Court led a delegation to Lideheng. There, they engaged in a joint Party-building activity with numerous Party members, including Executive Vice President Bao Yijian, Chief Engineer Yang Wenqi, and Deputy Director of Finance and Assets Zou Qiaoru, exchanging experiences and holding a symposium for mutual sharing.

　　At the start of the event, General Managers Li Deheng, Zou, and Feng led a delegation from the district court on a tour of the park’s facilities, including the Zhefei Hotel, the Red Bookstore, and the gym. General Manager Zou outlined the Zhefei Hotel’s operational philosophy, business model, and surrounding environment. General Manager Bao highlighted the development and operations of the Red Bookstore and the gym, noting that Li Deheng has seamlessly integrated Party‑building initiatives with its corporate culture. The company provides free access to the bookstore for its employees and tenant enterprises and offers a dedicated fitness space. The venue has hosted numerous events—such as “Red Family Letters” and Party‑style education programs—promoting nationwide reading and enhancing overall cultural literacy. This visit and exchange earned high praise from the court staff and reinforced Li Deheng’s resolve to further refine its Green Innovation Space incubator.

　　At the symposium, Bao Yijian, Executive Vice President of Lideheng Company, chaired the opening session, during which the heads of both sides introduced the attendees. Feng Liwen, Deputy Director of Corporate Governance, provided a brief overview of Lideheng’s corporate profile and its Party‑building efforts, while Technical Director Yang Wenqi offered a comprehensive summary spanning the company’s technological innovation to its business expansion. By leveraging Party building to foster harmony, technology to drive improvement, and innovation to pursue growth, the presentation vividly highlighted Lideheng’s nearly thirty-year journey of development.

　　Following the sharing and exchange session, Mr. Bao of Lideheng Company once again extended a warm welcome to all staff members of the Mentougou District People’s Court, expressing high hopes for the future development of Party building. He stated that Lideheng will continue to take morality as its guiding principle and the law as its foundation, pressing ahead in its industry while steadily improving the park’s supporting facilities to provide an even better business environment for resident enterprises. As a model incubator base, Lideheng Building has consistently adhered to the principle of admitting only enterprises that duly pay taxes within the Mentougou District, thereby contributing to tax generation and economic growth. The visit by the district court staff has served as both encouragement and a source of added strength, filling us with enthusiasm and confidence for future development. Moving forward, Lideheng will further strengthen its Party‑building efforts, enhance its legal literacy, and reinforce its sense of responsibility and commitment.

　　In his closing remarks, Hu Yu, Vice President of the Mentougou District People’s Court, stated: “Mentougou is an old district steeped in the red revolutionary spirit. The district court and Lideheng share many commonalities: a very high proportion of Party members and a strong emphasis on Party‑building work. As a non‑public enterprise, Lideheng has managed to carry out its Party‑building efforts with remarkable vigor and visibility, earning our respect. After listening to the presentation by Technical Director General Yang, our understanding of Lideheng has moved from the abstract to the concrete, and we hope it will achieve great success in its future development. Beyond setting standards, enterprises must also uphold cultural heritage. General Manager Bao has proposed that Lideheng should leave a lasting legacy by contributing to tax revenues for Mentougou—this embodies corporate social responsibility and the sense of duty that every enterprise ought to embrace. As a model court, the district court is likewise striving to translate its work into concrete results.”

　　Following the joint Party‑building activity, the District Court and Lideheng engaged in an in-depth exchange under the “Beijing Courts’ Mobile Lecture Series: Bringing the Law to Enterprises” initiative. In light of evolving judicial principles, the parties sought to foster a favorable business environment for enterprises within the industrial park through legal services. They provided Lideheng with tailored legal advisory services, identified common legal issues encountered in its operations, offered strategic guidance for its legal affairs, and strengthened public outreach on the rule of law to enhance legal awareness.
