Company to carry out management system certification summary and production base management docking series of activities
In this harvest season, in order to strengthen the company's management level, enhance the cohesion of the company's employees, and strengthen the docking and communication between the company's headquarters and Zhuolu base, on October 28, 2020, the company organized more than 30 headquarters management personnel, backbone and system certification related personnel to gather in Zhuolu production base from all directions to carry out a series of activities of management system certification summary and production base management docking, company group construction and Lu zong's birthday banquet.
At 8: 30 a.m. on the 28th, a group of people crossed Chongshan in Mentougou, west of Beijing, and set off for Zhuolu base. The sun was shining along the way, the autumn color outside the window was pleasant, and the car was full of laughter. Everyone spoke freely, talked about the company's past and its transformation and development along the way, made suggestions for the company's development, and looked forward to a better future for the company.
Arriving at Zhuolu, after a simple meal, he joined Lu Zong and Bao Zong, who went to Zhuolu Base on business overnight, and visited Zhuolu Base together. At 2: 30 p. m., the management system certification summary and production base management docking meeting officially began.
The meeting was presided over by Bao Yijian, executive deputy general manager, 35 headquarters management personnel, backbone and system certification personnel and 19 Zhuolu base management and backbone personnel attended the meeting. The meeting included a total of seven agendas. First, Feng Liwen, director of the Administrative Office of the Control Center, reported on the summary of the management system certification work and the work arrangement for the next year. Second, in order to get through the process and smooth the arrangement of production tasks, Lou Jinwei, director of the operation center dispatching room, introduced the current production task flow chart, and relevant personnel discussed and determined the plan. Third, in order to ensure the product quality of the company's environmental protection equipment and in line with the conventional production mode, Xing Kesheng, director of the dust removal department of the technical center, introduced the principle of dividing the production scope of the dust removal equipment factory and on-site production, and put forward suggestions. Fourth, Zheng Wei, director of the operation center, reported the production/engineering safety accidents in the past two years. Fifth, Bao always put forward requirements for the management of the company's headquarters and Zhuolu base. Sixth, the directors and managers spoke without asking questions or complaining, but only with solutions. Seventh, Lu Zong made a concluding statement to the meeting. Mr. Lu summarized the recent company's operation, the next work requirements and the company's development vision. Mr. Lu expressed the hope that through this meeting, everyone can further enhance their understanding, invigorate their spirits, twist into a rope, think in one place, work hard in one place, and continue to strive for the survival and development of Lidheng.
After the meeting, coinciding with Lu Zong's birthday, everyone raised their glasses and wished Lu Zong to lead us to conquer the world and pass on our career from generation to generation. The base and the headquarters cross mountains and rivers, and are mutually integrated. The Lidheng people are close to each other, fighting the wind and rain, and fighting the sky.
