Ironmaking General Plant No. 1 blast furnace hot blast furnace desulfurization and dust removal design, equipment supply and installation EPC general contracting project, Party A requires to complete before March 31, 2020, due to the tight schedule node, coupled with the impact of the epidemic, to the site construction has brought many difficulties, equipment delivery and personnel in place are severely restricted. Project manager Zhao Changhai overcame all difficulties and led the construction personnel to grab the construction period, grasp the progress, ensure the quality, ensure the safety, and go all out to ensure the orderly progress of the construction period according to the node. In order to ensure the construction period, the on-site personnel worked overtime to catch up with the progress. The project was finally put into operation as scheduled, which was highly recognized by Party A and awarded a bonus to the project department of our company. This is the first time that the company has received a project bonus from Party A since its employment. The contract is a contract between Party A and Party B, which needs to be observed by both parties. The implementation of the construction period is especially important. We must do everything possible to make each contract complete as promised. In the following projects, all the staff of the company should learn from them, give full play to the spirit of "order and prohibition, mission must be achieved", attach importance to the construction period, and ensure that the construction period is completed with high standards.
