In order to improve the quality assurance ability, environmental management level and occupational health and safety, standardize enterprise management, better comply with relevant national and industry laws, regulations, standards and other requirements, establish a good corporate image, and enhance market competitiveness. According to the standard requirements of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018, and in combination with the actual situation, the external audit teacher of Huaxia Certification Center Co., Ltd. carried out the certification supervision and audit of quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system at the end of July.
July 20-24, 2020, Huaxia certification Pan Qinghua teacher, Mao Jinyuan teacher, Wang Shuzhi teacher went to the company headquarters, Zhuolu production base and Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Co., Ltd. environmental protection engineering installation site audit. The audit contents mainly include the manufacture of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification flue gas purification equipment for power station boilers, industrial boilers, kilns and sintering machines, and the control review of the manufacturing process of boiler coal conveying and ash removal equipment. For the installation process control, installation process quality control, identification and risk control of environmental factors and hazard sources, operation personnel management, on-site management of tools and instruments, collection of regulations and compliance evaluation, on-site monitoring and measurement and a comprehensive review of the relevant specifications of the various functional departments of the company's headquarters. The entire review process is rigorous, the company's full staff actively cooperate, the review work has achieved good results.
At the last meeting, the head of the audit team, Mr. Pan, fully affirmed the work done by the company's system management this year. Mr. Pan said that the non-conformances and observation items found in this audit were significantly reduced compared with last year, and the work of Zhuolu production base was becoming more and more standardized, regularized and modernized. On the basis of undertaking a large number of projects, the engineering department has also improved and improved its management work to a certain extent compared with last year. Although the internal audit management evaluation is flawed, it is also worthy of recognition; this year, the management and control center has carried out a comprehensive upgrade and revision of a series of documents such as the management manual and 22 procedure documents, as well as a series of daily tax reduction and reward declaration projects, newspapers and periodicals, websites and other work, all of which are contributing to the company. In addition, the improvement of the management level of the technical center, the financial center, the property department, the marketing department and other departments is worthy of recognition.
