The environmental protection project of Hegang Xuangang Coking Plant was put into operation smoothly.
On September 6, 2019, Hegang Xuangang Coking Plant organized relevant leaders, departments and construction units to hold the commissioning ceremony of the environmental protection project of the coking plant. Our unit, Beijing Lidheng Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., participated as the general contractor of the project, and Executive Vice President Bao Yijian spoke on behalf of the representative.
With the sound of firecrackers, the commissioning ceremony of the environmental protection project of Xuangang Coking Plant was officially announced by the host. The leaders of Xuangang delivered a welcome speech and extended a warm welcome to all the personnel attending the ceremony. Zhang Qiang, deputy director of the coking plant, introduced the relevant situation of the project. Speaking as a representative of the construction unit, Li Deheng Executive Vice President Bao Yijian expressed his warm congratulations on the completion of the project on schedule, his heartfelt thanks to Xuangang's leadership for its strong support, the scientific organization and planning of project personnel and the unremitting efforts of all participants, and made a commitment on behalf of Li Deheng to escort Xuangang's follow-up environmental protection projects.
The environmental protection project of Xuangang Coking Plant of Hegang started in April. During the implementation of the project, the task was extremely arduous. In order to ensure the scientific and effective construction period, Xuangang leaders personally took charge of supervision. The project department will coordinate the progress at its weekly meeting. Nearly 300 people are fighting on the front line of the construction site, working 24 hours a day in two shifts to ensure the construction. After five months of hard work day and night, single-minded struggle and concerted efforts, the project was completed on schedule in August. After the project was officially put into operation, all emission indicators fully met and exceeded the contract requirements, and all ultra-low emissions were achieved. Under the increasingly severe environmental protection situation of the country, the completion of the coking flue gas treatment project on schedule has a positive strategic significance for the future development of Xuangang.
