The Mentougou District Federation of Trade Unions conducted a research visit to Lideheng Environmental Protection Company—advancing trade union development and employee care.

　　On May 22, 2024, Chairman Wang and Chairman Ma of the Mentougou District Federation of Trade Unions led a delegation to Lideheng for a fact-finding visit, gaining an understanding of the company’s operations and further advancing trade union development.

　　During the visit, the trade union gained an in-depth understanding of Lideheng Environmental Protection Company’s business operations, technological innovation, and trade union activities. They toured Lideheng Green Innovation Space Incubator, the Employees’ Reading Room and Activity Center, as well as the supporting service facilities, and engaged in thorough discussions with the company’s management. The trade union expressed high appreciation for the company’s innovations and achievements in environmental protection technologies, and encouraged it to continue leveraging its strengths to make even greater contributions to the cause of environmental conservation.

　　Subsequently, the trade union held a symposium with enterprise employees, listening to their views and suggestions regarding their work. It emphasized that the trade union serves as an essential bridge and link between the company and its workforce, and must proactively address employees’ professional and personal needs, offering greater support and assistance. Such efforts can effectively strengthen employees’ sense of belonging and well-being, thereby boosting their enthusiasm and innovative spirit. At the same time, the trade union recommended that the enterprise collaborate with it to establish a regional Employee Service Center, providing a comprehensive platform for rest, learning, and communication, further enhancing team cohesion and a stronger sense of belonging among staff.

　　Bao Yijian, Executive Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union at Lideheng, stated that the company has consistently prioritized safeguarding employees’ rights and improving the work environment.
