Lidheng Company Held "Engineering Design and Construction Quality and Safety Analysis Summary Meeting"
In order to strengthen the quality management of engineering design and construction, improve the quality and safety awareness of relevant personnel, and avoid the occurrence of quality, safety and quality accidents, Lidheng Company held a summary meeting of engineering design and construction quality and safety analysis on February 21, 2022. The company's general manager, executive deputy general manager, technical center, operation center and other center principals attended the meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Chief Engineer Yang Wenqi. The meeting emphasized that the company will strictly grasp the two lines of quality and safety in its work this year, and requires everyone to be fully prepared. At the meeting, Zheng Wei, director of the operation center, pointed out that all project personnel should adjust and improve their concepts, awareness and status to meet the needs of market development. Wan Changhuan, deputy director of the Technology Center, briefly introduced some of the more important standards and common sense clauses in the engineering design process in the form of PPT, requiring process designers to strengthen self-learning, attach importance to the reference of standards and specifications, and continuously improve process design. The main leaders of other departments also expressed their opinions and agreed that quality and safety are important issues related to the survival of the company, and they will earnestly perform their respective functions and implement the company's quality and safety policy.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Lu put forward the following requirements: first, we should have a sense of safety, learn from experience and lessons, and learn from the past. On the issue of safety, we would rather spend money on experience than on lessons. Employees of all departments should attach great importance to safety issues and carry out safety management in the whole process of design, equipment manufacturing, equipment matching and on-site installation. Second, strengthen the scientific management of enterprises, rational use of PDCA management model, adhere to the concept of value engineering, master ABC classification management methods, learn to grasp the key contradictions. And to the timely introduction of talent, appropriate adjustment of personnel, to bring vitality to the company. Third, strengthen learning and apply what you have learned. To adhere to the learning concept of never too old to learn, business personnel should strengthen the study of professional and technical knowledge, be familiar with and understand the products; engineering and technical personnel should also improve their business awareness and be good at communication. Finally, Lu always put forward requirements for the company's meeting arrangement: to hold a prepared meeting, the meeting personnel should attend the meeting on time, the host should grasp the meeting process and atmosphere, and the requirements should be implemented and followed up after the meeting.
