Job Requirements

Responsibilities
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical engineering, structural installation and other related majors, 7 years of construction site management experience, with the "Safety Production Assessment Certificate for Full-time Safety Production Management Personnel of Construction Enterprises.
2. Clarify the scope of responsibilities, earnestly implement the company's various safety management, and ensure its effective implementation;
3. The safety officer is the direct manager and responsible person of the safe production and civilized construction of the project, and is responsible to the company in terms of safety business;
4, for pre-construction safety supervision and approval and safety start approval, the preparation of project safety supervision plan, report safety measures and sub-project safety construction points. Improve safety measures and accident emergency plan according to project characteristics;
5, combined with the construction unit, laws and regulations and company system requirements, formulate safe and civilized construction management system, safety education system and safety standard plan and implement it;
6. Provide safety education to new employees and establish relevant files. Safety education must be combined with project status and major safety risks for disclosure;
7, assist and cooperate with the project department to do a good job in the education of new workers and special operations personnel safety training. To carry out risk analysis and demonstration on the construction process with high risk coefficient and four new projects, prepare feasible safety control measures and make disclosure before construction;
8. Participate in the review of the safety technical measures in the project construction organization design (construction plan), and supervise, inspect, guide and provide services for its implementation. Before the construction of special works, safety disclosure must be made to all personnel participating in the construction, and the whole process must be followed up;
9. Go deep into the construction site, understand the construction and production situation of each unit, and supervise the investigation and treatment of hidden dangers in production safety in real time. Ensure the effective and real-time performance of various systems and stop illegal operations;
10. Establish daily safety inspection files, inspect the safety status of the construction site, and stop and assess the illegal operations. Track, inspect, implement and assess the rectification of potential safety hazards; conduct safety education and supervision for new personnel entering the site, and assist in the implementation of safety technical disclosure;
11, to participate in safety inspection, responsible for making records, summarizing and issuing accident notice and other work;
12. Establish a safety management WeChat group. Actively carry out safety propaganda and education work, improve the safety awareness of construction personnel, report the safety problems in the project, and urge all parties to carry out rectification of potential safety hazards;
13. Focus on the control and supervision of high-risk processes such as fire, explosion, falling objects from high altitude, falling from high altitude, electric shock, storage of hazardous chemicals, etc., formulate special safety management systems and measures, and track the implementation status in real time;
14. The safety officer and the project manager are the first responsible persons for safety at the construction site, and the safety officer has no direct command over the construction. However, the potential safety hazards in the construction process shall be immediately reported to the Project Manager or relevant leaders and have the right to stop the construction operation, and have the right to order and punish the personnel and teams that violate the regulations, and put forward improvement opinions and measures. If the execution is refused, it may be reported to the competent department;
15, have the right to check the subcontracting safety-related industry data, logs, records and other documents and urge the relevant personnel to improve;
16. Have the obligation to accept the inspection of the construction site and internal information by the administrative department, the construction unit and the company's safety department, participate in the safety management meeting, and convey the spirit of the safety meeting. All personnel in the construction site shall actively cooperate;
17. Summarize experience, assist leaders to implement and implement various rules and regulations and safety measures, and improve safety production management;
